Shipping Policy
DELIVERY FEE:
DOMESTIC ORDERS
A standard fee of INR 250 is charged on all orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is $30-$50 approximately, depending on the destination country. This does not include customs duties levied at the destination country.
CUSTOM DUTIES/ IMPORT CHARGES
The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties.
Custom duties/import charges could be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for these charges.
PROCESSING TIME FOR GENERAL ORDERS
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing the details of your order. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process and ship all domestic and international orders.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Please allow us 1-2 weeks to process and ship all custom orders, for both our domestic and international customers.

The express shipping fee is to be borne by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY
Incase of any unanticipated delays we will get in touch with you via email, and do our best to sort out the problem.
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - we will not be taking responsibility for any charges pertaining to the return shipment of your order.
If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to bare the shipping cost for the same.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of an item, we’re happy to accept a return for store credit or an exchange request within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items (except customised pieces) are returnable for store credit only. To start a return, you can contact us at seedsofchampa@gmail.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for ONE YEAR from the date they were issued.
Exchanges can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email to seedsofchampa@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Pick-up for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier company is still unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area’s pincode.
All shipping costs related to the exchange/return of a product are to be borne by the customer.
